I've been trying to get a hold of them for an hour, to fix the setup of our emails. Nothing.
We're in a competition and time is so valuable. I don't understand why they're system isn't intuitive and there are too many places to do the same thing.

If you looking for great customer service and services that are bulletproof. Square (webhosting) and Hover (domain/email). Both believe in no wait time* and speaking to a live person who knows what they are talking about.
ReplyDelete*While antidotal I've never waited on hold for either service and deal with them pretty regularly when helping other move there service to these services.
